E-commerce redesign under WooCommerce for Sélection M
Based in Magny-en-Vexin, Sélection M is an online store specializing in vintage decoration and furniture. Run by Marine Vanderveken, this family business also organizes pop-up sales in Lille and Paris.

We were approached by recommendation for the redesign of their e-commerce. The objective was to optimize performance, improve visibility and strengthen the professional character of the online store.
This site is an excellent example of "Quiet Luxury" applied to the web: everything seems simple and refined, but the machinery behind it (Custom WooCommerce + Complex Logistics) is robust.
Far from a standard template, the site meets the specific constraints of high-end decoration and furniture (heavy logistics, hybrid stock management).
The site technically manages two types of flows: new products (with recurring stock) and unique vintage pieces ("I hunt for you"). WooCommerce has been adapted to handle these stock statuses and differentiated displays without losing the user.
A strong technical point to highlight is the "custom" shipping cost management for bulky products (furniture) versus small items (decoration). The cart automatically distinguishes products eligible for standard shipping (Colissimo/Mondial Relay) from those requiring a quote or special delivery, avoiding margin losses on logistics.
The integration of sections dedicated to professionals ("M Business") shows that the site is also a qualified lead acquisition tool for interior design projects, not just retail.
The success of this project lies in the synergy between flawless technical development (optimized Core Web Vitals, healthy structure) and our acquisition strategy. The site's speed and UX clarity maximized the Quality Score of our Google Ads campaigns (lower CPC) and sustainably positioned the brand on competitive SEO keywords (+20% traffic).
